Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley has appointed Gavin Roberts to the position of executive chef. Gavin joined IHG in 1999 where he was the executive sous chef at Crowne Plaza Christchurch.
From there, Gavin moved on to become the head chef at Holiday Inn Suva in Fiji, then area executive chef and food & beverage director at Holiday Inn Cairns. Gavin's most recent role was executive chef at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach.
