Software company wins Silver Stevie award

Stevie AwardInternational based software company, Centium Software, was named the winner of a Silver Stevie Award in the Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software category in the prestigious 9th Annual International Business Awards last week.

More than 3200 nominations for the Stevie Awards, from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories from more than 50 nations and territories. The International Business Awards are the world's premier business awards program.
Centium Software won the award in the Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software category for GuestPoint, its innovative accommodation property management software.
Trevor Gardiner, CEO, of Centium Software, said, "This highlights our technology innovations in the accommodation sector are of real-world benefit to our customers.
"GuestPoint empowers accommodation properties around the world with the tools to efficiently and easily manage their online and offline business in one simple system, without duplicated effort," Mr Gardiner added. "Other Innovations include guest relationship management, secure PCI compliant credit card processing, and other features geared specifically for smaller properties."
Centium Software has offices in Australia, the United States, and United Kingdom and services customers in Europe, North America, Africa, and the Asia Pacific.
Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 300 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process this year.
"Entries to the International Business Awards grew substantially this year," said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. "Despite slow economic conditions in much of the world, the quality of nominations was outstanding, demonstrating that there are many companies that are innovating and growing regardless."
