Pace announces St Kilda complex

Pace Development Group has just announced a significant new development to add to its collection of flagship projects. 181 Fitzroy Street St Kilda, positioned directly opposite the Junction Oval with sweeping views across Albert Park Lake parkland down to Port Philip Bay and across to Melbourne’s CBD cityscape, will be 10 storeys high.

Designed by leading contemporary architects SJB 181 Fitzroy Street St Kilda will have 160 spacious apartments, with a balanced mix of large scaled one, two and three bedroom apartments. SJB Architects has conceived a ‘fine grained’ contemporary building façade, which draws on art deco seaside influences, while maximising floor templates and views. The expert hand of Sue Carr of Carr Design is evident in the development’s sophisticated selection of finishes and fixtures.

Located on level 9 is a $4.8 million dollar penthouse that has already been snapped up by an astute local buyer. However level ten is where it gets very interesting as 181 Fitzroy Street will boast an infinity edge pool, a pool with definitely the best view in Melbourne with sightlines across to the bay and over the green swathes of Albert Park Lake to Melbourne’s CBD.

The complex will be officially launched in early May 2015.
