Aloha Lane

Roy Vitali and Kate Lette are the newest managers of Gold Coast’s Aloha Lane apartments. Roy decided to get into the industry after running his own gardening/ground maintenance business for 19 years.

“After years of climbing trees and bending over backwards for clientele in Sydney, I saw a lot of blokes working themselves into the ground and decided not to do the same. Mick Stephens from The Breakers suggested management rights and we are so glad he did.”

Roy said they came into the industry during the hardest 12 to 18 months but believes they have turned their business around by being proactive rather than reactive and responding to an issue before it becomes a problem. In the five or so months Roy and Kate have been at Aloha Lane, Roy said they have increased their rental pool and he attributes that particularly to Kate.

“Kate used to work for Apple and Dell. She is a genius behind the front desk and without her skills I would definitely be lagging behind.”

Low rise haven close to Main Beach

Aloha Lane is a three-storey walkup featuring 47 units that house a mixture of permanents, owner occupiers and holidaymakers.

Each apartment is spacious and fully-equipped with microwave, separate laundry, dishwasher, wireless Internet access and television.

The property boasts a stylish heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, close proximity to Main Beach and private balconies off all apartments.
