The stately Leura Hotel in Camperdown is up for sale.
The 4054m² Leura package includes the recently refurbished hotel, an upstairs motel, three leased retail shops and three prominent street frontages.
It is being marketed by David Wright, Colliers International managing director, Ballarat & Geelong, and Hamish Burgess, Colliers’ executive, investment services.
The hotel includes a main public bar and dining room, a separate bistro area with bar, a sports lounge and a private children’s area or lounge. The first floor accommodation includes 28 bedrooms, some with antique fireplaces.
The tenants provide a net income of $36,600 plus GST and outgoings. Mr Wright said there was also a 1620m² corner block, zoned business 1, with an 80m frontage and plans for a proposed subdivision.
