Seashells Relinquishes Caves House Management

From 5 December The Seashells Hospitality Group ceased to manage Caves House Hotel in Yallingup, Western Australia.

The hotel has been in the hands of receivers for the past two years and has been managed by Seashells from 2006 until this time. The owner of Caves House Hotel and developer of the adjoining land, Yallingup Ridge P/L, was placed into the hands of the receivers in late 2009.

KordaMentha, as receivers and managers of Yallingup Ridge, is now running the operations of the hotel. Caves House general manager Steve Sheridan continues as the property’s manager.
