An expansion of the facilities at Melbourne’s RACV City Club will offer new function space and 24 additional accommodation rooms from June 2012.
The refurbishment of level 8 of the club will see the addition of 24 accommodation rooms, adding to the existing 112 rooms currently available.
RACV City Club currently has a 500 seat function room, 31 seat theatrette, six meeting rooms, three outdoor terraces, a business centre, and a variety of dining options including two private dining rooms, a Wine Cellar, Club Conservatory and the President’s Room. In addition, the club has almost completed a new conference and event space, Club Pavilion on level two. Club Pavilion will feature floor to ceiling glass walls, direct access to outdoor terraces, cutting-edge lighting and audio visual technology and a crystal chandelier suspended from the skylight. The function space will be both contemporary and flexible and cater for up to 140 guests with banquet-style dining.
