Peter O’Reilly, CEO of Tourism Whitsundays and Enterprise Whitsundays has announced his resignation when his contract finishes in June. The recruitment process for a new CEO will commence soon.
Mr O’Reilly has been the CEO of TW for five years and became the acting CEO of EW last August when the boards announced their intention to merge.
TW acting chairman Adrian Bram said the board had reluctantly accepted Peter’s resignation and would be “casting a wide net” for a replacement as soon as the specific criteria was agreed upon by the board.
