Joint development partners, Pearls Australasia and David Devine’s Metro Property Group have sold the management rights for the 30-storey Madison Heights
to a investor syndicate led by accountant Kelvin Cotter of Karm Group.
The sale price for Madison Heights in Brisbane’s Bowen Hills is understood to be $3.5 million.
