Pullman Cairns names new F&B manager

Following key roles with leading five-star hotels, Pullman Reef Hotel Casino has appointed Scott Eger as director of food and beverage.

Prior to his relocation to Cairns, Scott was food and beverage manager at Hayman Island, where he was involved in their recent, high-profile re-opening project following signification upgrades and restorations. Other experience includes two years in Dubai working with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and five years working in leading bar and restaurant venues throughout Adelaide.

Pullman Reef Hotel Casino recently won the Tourism Restaurants and Catering Services category at the 14th Annual TNQ Tourism Awards last week and the hotel’s signature restaurant, Tamarind, was awarded the Contemporary Australia Restaurant – Formal award at the Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence last month.
