Parthenon Enterprises has received approval from the Brisbane City Council to build a five-storey, five-star hotel opposite Eagle Farm Racecourse in Hamilton.
The 63-room development, designed by Hayes Anderson Lynch, will consist of two integrated buildings – one five storeys high and one three storeys high – with a rooftop terrace on each. It will include office and commercial space, a restaurant and bar, as well as retail space.
