Perth’s old Emu Brewery site, which has sat vacant for 20 years, could become the site of three residential towers, one of which would be the city’s tallest residential apartment complex at 41 storeys. This tower would have 68 balconied apartments and a seven bedroom penthouse.
The 35-level second tower will have six floors of hotel accommodation and 26 storeys of units while the third building will be an office tower with more than 48,000m² of floor space.
An City of Perth panel last week approved the $1 billion dollar development.
