Meriton looking at North Sydney site
A North Sydney development site that has approval for an 18-level mixed use building is likely to be sold to Harry Triguboff’s Meriton Apartments.
Property group Ford Land Co is believed to be asking more than $50 million for the site. Ford has council approval for a Spence Pearson Architects-designed complex containing 190 apartments made up of 72 two-bedroom apartments, 97 one-bedroom units, six three-bedroom suites and 15 studio apartments.
