ALH takes over Harvey Bay hotel
The Kondari Resort in Hervey Bay has been sold to Woolworths empire.
Ross Blair-Holt, director of Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group, has confirmed the company’s purchase.
He said when that settled ALH’s systems would be put in place with a special focus on “reinvigorating the accommodation offer” of the resort.
The resort has been owned by Independent Pub Group since 2008 after it was snapped up in a multi-venue deal worth $65 million.
