F&B Appointment at InterContinental Sydney

Rudi Heider has been named director food & beverage at InterContinental Sydney.

Rudi has spent many years developing his career crossing five star hotel F&B operations with Four Seasons in the US, to independent restaurant operations, such as Le Pain Quotidien. More recently Rudi has held the role of general manager with the Urban Purveyor Group, where he was responsible for 12 restaurants across three brands.
