New Abbotsford property launches strong growth phase for Quest
The much-anticipated opening of Quest Abbotsford later this month marks the beginning of a strong growth phase for Quest Serviced Apartments.
Eight new Quest properties will open in 2014 across a range of CBD, suburban and regional locations at Quest Abbotsford (Victoria), King William South (Adelaide CBD), Berrimah (NT), Woolloongabba (Queensland), Wellington (New Zealand), Whangarei (New Zealand), Newcastle West (NSW) and Melbourne Airport (Victoria).
Quest Abbotsford is a development partnership between Quest Serviced Apartments and privately owned Salta Properties. Salta Properties’ Victoria Gardens Precinct, with an anticipated development value of $1.5 billion, of which the new Quest Serviced Apartments is a part, is one of the major precincts developed by Salta Properties across Australia.
Quest Abbotsford is located on the doorstep of Richmond, in the City of Yarra at 611 Victoria Street Abbotsford. It will feature 93 brand new studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments.
