Sheik’s Tower may go to 22 storeys

Port Phillip Council has released a report on its proposed planning scheme changes for the Waterfront Place, where a Kuwaiti developer has lodged two applications for 10 and 19 storeys. But the Sheik’s Tower development could reach 22 storeys.

The report recommended removing the council’s proposed 10-storey height limit in favour of a ban on shadowing beyond the beach at set times.
