Main Beach plans for new highrise
A development application has been submitted for a 24-storey luxury highrise on Surfers Paradise Main Beach Stratos, a company owned by Brisbane couple Diana and Efstratios Kaskaba.
The complex will include 36 luxury apartments, including two per floor from level two to level 16 and one apartment each on the final five floors, a gym, barbecue and pool area on the ground floor, along with two levels for basement car parking.
