Crown Spas has announced Emma McGrady as the appointed director of Crown Spas across Melbourne and Perth. Possessing over 10 years of experience in the spa industry, Emma will be responsible for the strategic direction for all Crown spas with a key focus on Crown Spa and Isika Melbourne while providing support to Isika Perth.
Emma has held managerial roles at Steiner’s Spa & Salons Transocean World Wide and, more recently, Park Hyatt Melbourne as health and day spa manager.
