Next opens in Brisbane today

The flagship brand of Singapore-based SilverNeedle Hospitality, the world’s first Next Hotels opens today [24 September] in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall, one of the Australia’s premier shopping districts. With 304 rooms, the hotel is also one of Brisbane city’s biggest hotel redevelopment projects in recent years.

Next Hotels in Brisbane is the next hotel destination for guests who are tired of being asked ‘did you consume anything from the mini-bar?’ or frustrated when free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. At Next Hotels Brisbane, free wi-fi is available throughout the entire hotel and for an unlimited number of personal devices. As for the mini-bar, guests have the choice of four free items daily from a great range of premium refreshments. Under our “We Trust You” policy, we won’t ask if they’ve consumed anything beyond the free items.

These include an outdoor pool and an adjoining terrace bar, a 24-hour gym and business centre. The specially designed InTransit Zone offers Shower Pods for you to freshen up and the city’s only Sleep Pods to provide you with the much-needed rest after a long flight.

Another first in Australia, every room will have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone for complimentary use throughout a guest’s stay.
