Twin towers basis of new Rooster’s home

The Easts Group has proposed a new home for the Sydney Roosters by redeveloping the Waverley Bowling Club.

The group has lodged with Waverley Council a $100 million application for twin 10-storey apartment towers with a licensed club area, meeting room, gym, offices, a 70-place childcare centre and a swimming pool.

The plans call for around 140 residential apartments plus serviced apartments.

It would be designed by Richard Francis-Jones from FJMT Design.
