Hotel giant Hilton has revamped it plans for a $30 million hotel in Northbridge after a City of Perth committee criticised the original design.
And the 17-storey hotel could be overlooking the Northbridge nightclub precinct soon, with the state government’s Development Assessment Panel, recommending it be approved at its next meeting on 9 October.
Hilton came up with new designs for the hotel, which will replace the existing BankWest building and when complete, the 206-room hotel will have two restaurants, a swimming pool and a gym.
