Meriton plans another Broadbeach tower
Harry Triguboff’s Meriton Apartments has announced plans for a 60-storey in the heart of Gold Coast’s Broadbeach.
Pegasus Tower is to be built on a site at the corner of Surf Parade and Elizabeth Ave alongside the existing Meriton twin towers. It will have 342 apartments including 178 one-bedroom units, 100 two-bedroom units and 64 three-bedroom apartments.
The design of Pegasus Tower is the result of a design competition involving five architectural firms won by Melbourne-based company, Nettleton Tribe.
