Brisbane towers for Newstead
Cavcorp has submitted a development application for two new apartment towers to be located in Newstead, Brisbane.
The proposal will develop the subject site for a mixed use development involving retail tenancies at the ground level and dwellings at the upper levels.
The proposal reflects high quality infill development appropriately located to take advantage of the locality’s high frequency transport options, including the CityGlider Bus Service and the Teneriffe Ferry Terminal, and the vibrant range of retail, commercial and entertainment facilities within the surrounding Gasworks Precinct and broader Newstead locality.
Stage 1 – A 15 storey residential apartment tower (190 dwellings, restaurants and shops).
Stage 2 – A 25 storey residential apartment tower (176 dwellings, restaurants and shops).
Designed by Orbit architecture, the development includes large rooftop swimming pools, sundeck, bocce green, golf nets and vegetable gardens situated on-top of the towers.
