Gosford development reaching new heights

A $180 million residential and hotel, three-tower development (one of 34 storeys -110m) is being considered by Gosford Council.

The development – designed by local architect Caine King – combines residential units, hotel rooms, retail, restaurants and a walk through area connecting the CBD to the waterfront in towers of 26 to 34 storeys. The man behind the development is Australian-based Chinese businessman Jian Wang.

Demolition of the site in Mann St is due to begin next month.
