Turrisi unveils $60m Brisbane complex

Brisbane developer Turrisi Properties has unveiled its latest boutique complex, Ink Apartments at the Kurilpa riverfront.

Ink will offer a diverse range of apartment types in a RotheLowman-designed $60 million boutique 8-storey complex consisting of 107 apartments. One, two, three, three bedroom units plus courtyard apartments and skyhomes will be available.

It will be marketed by CBRE Residential Projects Brisbane.

Ink is located on the corner of Montague Rd and Donkin St, on the edge of the Kurilpa Master Plan precinct which will be Brisbane’s largest inner-city renewal precinct in two decades.

According to Paul Barratt, CBRE Residential Projects Brisbane, Ink is perfectly positioned at the right time and in the right place to take advantage of a potential huge value upswing. “The Kurilpa masterplan will mean 13,000m2 of new open riverfront parkland with amphitheatres, new cultural facilities, lively neighbourhoods with bustling cafés and restaurants as well as new extended City Glider services through the precinct.”

“The precinct has always been on our radar, as it offers the best of everything with it’s close proximity to the Brisbane River, Davies Park and is an easy stroll to bustling Boundary St,” said Ben Jobber, development manager, Turrisi Properties.

“The architectural language draws heavily on the eclectic nature of the remnant historical built-form to influence and guide the design”, said Jeff Brown, principal architect, RotheLowman.

Ink will deliver “the perfect backyard” with an exclusive residents roof level recreation space including pool and BBQ area.
