Box Hill dual towers gets council OK

Melbourne’s Whitehorse Council approved Asian Pacific Group’s $260 million Box Hill development prior to an application before a Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal hearing later this week.

Whitehorse Towers consists of a 36 and 26-storey dual tower with the tallest building at 115.02m. The development includes 502 apartments, a 100-room hotel, restaurants, a gym, offices, 531 car parking spaces and other commercial applications.

Whitehorse Towers would be the tallest in Box Hill overtaking the 114m, 34-storey Sovereign Square development set to be built in Station St.
