The Vibe Hotel in Sydney’s Milsons Point is to be redevel-oped into 123 luxury apartments by developer Cbus Property.
Acquired by Cbus last year, the 16-storey, 10 year old Vibe with an enviable location and superb harbour views will be converted to include 123 luxury residences designed by archi-tects Bates Smart’s interior de-signer Mark Ojacastro and will be renamed 88 Alfred Street.
“The Milsons Point location is a tightly-held precinct and this building provides one of the few chances to take advantage of the some of the area’s best dual aspects of Sydney Har-bour,” Cbus Property CEO Adrian Pozzo said.
The project is due for com-pletion in the first quarter of 2017.
