Low internet speed tops list of guest complaints

According to a new study by Hotel Internet Services, wifi has become as vital to guests as running water and electricity.

The firm has released an infographic illustrating the top four complaints about hotel wifi when 500 guests were surveyed. The results were as follows:

  1. 64.6% complained about low speed
  2. 63.8% complained about poor signal coverage
  3. 58.3% complained about connectivity problems
  4. 41.7% complained about insufficient bandwidth
