Beloved Australian Skincare Brand, Saya, Partners with Vanity Group for Global Hotel Essentials Collection

Global guest experience curators, VANITY GROUP have signed an exclusive agreement with natural, science-backed skincare brand, Saya to distribute their hotel collection across Australia.

Founded in 2002 by Saya McDermott, the brand embodies the simplicity and strength of native Australian botanical ingredients fused with powerful actives. Inspired by the beauty of her home in Noosa, Australia, the creation of Saya was led by over 20 years of research and experience in skincare formulation, with a focus on uncomplicated yet efficacious products. While the brand is proudly Australian, staying true to McDermott’s values of simplicity and sustainability, Saya’s eponymous brand already has global reach.

In partnership with global hotel essentials provider, VANITY GROUP, Saya will continue to expand their international footprint through the newly introduced hotel collection. The hotel collection formulations are luxurious and elegant, with the power to transform any bathroom, while also working with charity partner, The Stars Foundation, to give back to the community. The collection launches with two native-inspired scent profiles:

  • Argan & Quandong – Top fragrance notes of lemon and black pepper are complimented with heart notes of rosemary and geranium. Argan oil nourishes while Quandong adds additional hydration to the skin and hair. These natural extracts help to provide powerful antioxidants that help protect the skin and hair from free radicals and give guests a subtle glow.
  • Lime & Bergamot – Revitalising and uplifting, with floral and spearmint notes to compliment the cedarwood and patchouli base. Formulated with Aloe Vera to soothe and Kakadu plum and desert lime to rebalance for a revitalised complexion and silky hair. A rejuvenating experience that will help to invigorate the body and mind.

The Saya hotel collection has been created and packaged with the brand’s core principles in mind. With sustainability and conscious creation at its heart, the formulations are PETA and Vegan Society approved, free from talc and any harmful parabens or silicones. The collection has been bottled in packaging in line with the Global Recycled Standard, ensuring 50% of the materials are used from environmentally and ethically friendly sources that can continue to be recycled.

Dedicated to both environmental and social responsibility, the Saya hotel collection also proudly supports the work of the Stars Foundation. This organisation provides a holistic program to support the growth and education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. The Saya Hotel Collection contributes 5% of profits to the program, to provide full-time, school-based support and mentors to ensure First Nations girls and women feel nurtured and inspired throughout their studies.
