Redhill Hospitality Group is delighted to announce their acquisition of Canberra Tall Trees, its first property in the nation’s capital, and joining a growing portfolio of owned and managed properties throughout regional Australia.

The property has been acquired independently of the Ibis Styles brand and has been repositioned as the Tall Trees Ainslie Motel.

Under the new ownership, the team at Tall Trees Ainslie are committed to maintaining the warm hospitality and exceptional service to our guests, while implementing a planned program of enhancements that will elevate the guest experience.

Guests can look forward to a soft refurbishment of guest rooms later in 2025, the conversion of an existing meeting room to a gym, and upgrades to the garden and street frontage: ensuring Tall Trees Ainslie remains a standout destination for comfort, convenience, and hospitality in Canberra.

“We are thrilled to integrate Tall Trees Ainslie within the Redhill Hospitality family,” said Redhill Hospitality Group CEO, Guy Peterson. “Our vision is to build upon the strong foundations already established, while undertaking a significant investment in the property that will ensure Tall Trees Ainslie continues to meet the changing needs of our guests. We cannot wait to welcome both returning and new guests,” said Mr Peterson.

The 4-star Tall Trees Ainslie is nestled on a serene, tree-lined street in suburban Canberra and features 83 well-appointed guest rooms that are perfect for both corporate and leisure travellers; with their family rooms suited to groups of all sorts.
