The award recognises a standout campaign that has successfully enhanced the appeal and profile of Western Sydney as a visitor destination while also driving economic impact, increasing visitation and strengthening community engagement.

The award win follows the completion of extensive refurbishments to PARKROYAL Parramatta’s guest rooms, reinforcing its position as Western Sydney’s leading hotel. The property is currently undergoing stage two of its transformation, focusing on the meetings and events spaces and a refreshed lobby designed to meet the growing business and leisure needs of the Western Sydney market during its rapid growth.
This latest recognition follows a recent win at the Accommodation Australia NSW Awards for Excellence 2025, as well as a finalist at the Mumbrella Travel Awards 2025 and reinforces the hotel’s continued commitment to the evolution of Parramatta as a thriving cultural and economic hub.
