RMS pioneers integration with SiteMinder’s Smart Platform

Big news from NoVacancy Sydney! RMS has become one of the first PMS providers to integrate with SiteMinder’s next-gen Smart Platform.

RMS, a leading hospitality platform for hotels, serviced apartments, short-term rentals, and outdoor accommodation, has announced a new strategic partnership with SiteMinder to deliver seamless integration with its next-generation revenue platform.

Through SiteMinder’s newly launched UltraSync connectivity, RMS becomes one of the first property management systems (PMS) to integrate deeply with the SiteMinder Smart Platform. The move marks a significant step toward simplifying revenue management for hoteliers through automation, real-time intelligence, and system connectivity.

The integration links RMS’s PMS with SiteMinder’s Dynamic Revenue Plus, synchronising rates, restrictions, and reservations in real time. Hoteliers gain greater speed, accuracy, and control over pricing strategies, reducing administrative workload and manual errors while ensuring data consistency across systems.

Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS, said the collaboration underlines the company’s focus on innovation.

“Our collaboration with SiteMinder reflects RMS’s commitment to driving innovation in the hospitality space. This partnership allows our customers to make faster, smarter pricing decisions that drive revenue and reduce operational complexity. We’re proud to be among the first PMS partners to bring this capability to market.”

For independent hotels, groups, and resorts—often operating with leaner teams and fragmented systems—the benefits are particularly significant. The integration automates rate and restriction updates, improves accuracy, and enables operators to respond instantly to market changes, boosting efficiency and commercial performance.

Among the key advantages:

  • Real-time pricing and restriction sync across channels.

  • Automated reservation uploads to cut admin workload and errors.

  • Faster market response, with timely, data-driven pricing controls.

  • Streamlined workflows, minimising system fragmentation and complexity.

Leah Rankin, SiteMinder’s Chief Product Officer, said the partnership empowers hotels to stay ahead of shifting demand.

“By integrating with RMS, we’re empowering hotels to act as dynamically as the markets they serve, guided by a shared vision for smarter, faster decisions at properties of every size.”

This collaboration positions RMS at the forefront of the industry’s evolution toward integrated, automated platforms designed to help hoteliers maximise revenue while reducing complexity.
