ResortBrokers sweeps ARAMA awards at The Star Brisbane
The recognition comes in ResortBrokers’ milestone 40th year in business.
ResortBrokers marked its 40th anniversary with a double win at the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA) 2025 TOP Awards, held at The Star Brisbane on September 12.
ResortBrokers was named Sales Brokerage of the Year, and its longtime Sunshine Coast agent, Chenoa Daniel, was named Sales Broker of the Year at ARAMA’s 2025 TOP Awards held at The Star Brisbane on September 12. Both were people’s choice awards as voted by the industry.
The recognition comes in ResortBrokers’ milestone 40th year in business, and Chenoa”s ninth year at ResortBrokers, first as Far North Queensland agent and, since 2020, as Sunshine Coast agent.

Six ResortBrokers’ agents were finalists for the individual award: past winner Alex Cook (Brisbane), past winner Jessie Shi (Brisbane), Jeff Keast (Brisbane), Todd Warner (Gold Coast), Leah Bursztynowicz (Far North Queensland), and Ms Daniel.
Chenoa’s ARAMA Sales Broker of the Year award was her second, having first won the award in 2022.
Since joining ResortBrokers in 2016, she has settled 85 transactions of management rights assets worth a combined $189 million.
Before joining ResortBrokers, Ms Daniel operated management rights businesses for 12 years.
She said: “I’m humbled to have won this award a second time. ARAMA has been a true champion of our industry throughout my entire career in management rights, first as an operator and now as a broker.”
ResortBrokers previously won ARAMA’s top agency award in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023.
Started by Ian Crooks in 1985, the agency transacts more than 50 percent of management rights sales nationwide, more than the market share of all its competitors combined.
