Ingenia Holidays reveals big expansion plans at Sunshine Coast’s Rivershore
The newly expanded Ingenia Holidays Rivershore will feature a large, accessible pool as well as 80 new accommodation options
Ingenia Holidays, one of Australia’s leading holiday park operators with more than 30 locations along the East Coast, has announced a major $12 million development at Ingenia Holidays Rivershore, further strengthening the Sunshine Coast’s appeal as a premium coastal holiday destination.
Scheduled for completion in late 2026, the expansion will introduce 80 new accommodation options, increasing the park’s offering to meet growing demand from families, couples and leisure travellers.

Guests can also look forward to a stunning new 300m² pool, thoughtfully designed with a gentle access ramp and inviting in-water seating. Alongside this, a new camp kitchen and BBQ area will offer a welcoming spot for family and friends to enjoy laid-back social dining.
Nestled along the banks of the Maroochy River, Ingenia Holidays Rivershore has been a flagship park since opening in 2016, renowned for blending nature, comfort and community in a resort-style setting.
