The Langham strengthens leadership team, welcoming experienced hotelier Josquin Crepelliere as hotel manager

The Langham, Gold Coast has welcomed seasoned hospitality executive Josquin Crepelliere to its leadership team as Hotel Manager.

Bringing extensive experience across hotel operations, commercial performance and team leadership, Josquin has built his career within some of Australia’s best-known hospitality groups and landmark properties. His background includes senior roles with Marriott, Sheraton, Pier One Sydney Harbour, TFE Hotels and Crystalbrook Collection, where he has overseen complex hotel operations and major asset transformations.

Most recently, Josquin served as General Manager of Crystalbrook Collection in Newcastle. During his tenure, he delivered strong financial results, improved guest satisfaction and implemented new revenue-generating initiatives designed to strengthen the property’s position within the market.

At The Langham, Josquin will work alongside the hotel’s executive leadership team to oversee daily operations, support the team and continue refining the guest experience across the luxury beachfront property.

Arpad Romandy, General Manager at The Langham, said Josquin’s operational expertise and leadership philosophy made him a natural fit for the hotel.
