Rawnsley Park Station Expands its Flinders Ranges Accommodation with Oasis Eco Villas

Rawnsley Park Station has announced the launch of its most luxurious accommodation offering to date, the architecturally designed one- and two-bedroom Oasis Eco‑Villas. The new villas mark a significant new chapter for one of the Flinders Ranges’ most established tourism destinations.
Set on a brand‑new site overlooking Rawnsley Bluff and Wilpena Pound, each villa has been carefully positioned to capture the dramatic colour shifts that define the Flinders Ranges. Sweeping views unfold throughout the day, from first light at sunrise through to dusk, creating a constantly changing outlook across the landscape.

Each villa features a private plunge pool that extends the outdoor living space, offering a secluded place to relax and cool off during the warmer months.

With interior design by Amy Smedley of S2 Architects, the villas blend contemporary Australian design with an earthy palette, natural materials and bold artistic accents, drawing inspiration from the colours and textures of the surrounding ranges. Reflecting Rawnsley Park Station’s long‑standing commitment to sustainability, the Oasis Eco‑Villas combine energy‑efficient construction and low‑impact design with refined, luxurious finishes, complemented by two artworks commissioned exclusively for the villas by Adnyamathanha artist Rehanna Coulthard.
“The expansion of the Eco‑Villas at Rawnsley Park has been on our wish list for a number of years,” said CEO Neville Smith. “The idea is to create something that felt both grounded in the landscape and a little unexpected – a meeting point between the magic of the Flinders Ranges and contemporary design.”

Designed for couples, families and small groups, the villas offer complete privacy while remaining just minutes from Rawnsley Park’s renowned experiences, including the Woolshed Restaurant.
With demand continuing to grow for high‑end, nature‑based accommodation among both domestic and international travellers, the Oasis Eco‑Villas position Rawnsley Park Station as a standout destination for those seeking luxury experiences immersed within the natural landscape of South Australia’s Flinders Ranges.
