The two new appointees strengthen JW Marriott Auckland's leadership and bring Auckland-based and international experience
JW Marriott Auckland has announced two senior appointments, naming Lance Ourednik as Food and Beverage Manager and Vina Ho as Conference and Event Manager as the hotel continues to strengthen its leadership team and guest experience.
Mr Ourednik joins JW Marriott Auckland with extensive experience across Auckland’s hotel and restaurant food and beverage sector.

Most recently, he was Food and Beverage Manager at Grand Millennium Auckland, where he led a diverse, multi-outlet operation spanning restaurants, bars, in-room dining, the executive lounge, conferences and events.
Across his career, Mr Ourednik has built a reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence. He began his hospitality career in restaurant operations, developing a passion for food, wine and memorable guest experiences.
His commitment to excellence was recognised during his time at Ampersand Eatery, where he received a Lewisham Award for Best Service.

Ms Ho brings more than 11 years of international hospitality and events experience across the Philippines and Oman. Her career includes senior events leadership roles with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Hilton, where she managed corporate meetings, large-scale MICE programmes, destination weddings, VIP delegations and full hotel buy-outs.
Highly organised, calm under pressure and focused on seamless delivery, Ms Ho brings an approach grounded in careful planning, genuine teamwork and close attention to detail. Together, the appointments strengthen JW Marriott Auckland’s senior leadership capability across two key areas of the business: food and beverage, and conferences and events.
