With just 33 meticulously designed suites spread across two levels, each suite features a private living area, study, and balcony showcasing sweeping vineyard views.
For a touch of opulence, eight suites are fitted with expansive circular baths, while the Optume Suite stands out as the ultimate indulgence.
Boasting a private dressing room, open fireplace, exclusive wine cellar, and bar, this suite promises to be an executive haven, a bridal retreat, or the perfect hideaway for couples.
A masterpiece in design
Designed by FK Architects (formerly Fender Katsalidis), the hotel’s architecture embodies the “Genius Loci” principle, reflecting its harmonious integration with the natural landscape. Taking cues from the shape of wine barrels, the hotel’s undulating structure, finished in exposed concrete with bronze metallic lattice screens, blends seamlessly with the Coldstream environment.
The strategic positioning of windows ensures uninterrupted views of the valley’s picturesque hills.
The interiors, showcase a refined palette of raw, natural materials such as exposed concrete, timber joinery, and leather upholstery. Accented with silver fixtures and custom furniture, the interiors echo Levantine Hill’s ethos of sophistication and understated elegance.
