Double Dip for Hervey Bay Peppers
Peppers Pier Resort, Hervey Bay is celebrating its induction to the Hall of Fame at the 2011 Fraser Coast Tourism Awards.
This is an honour bestowed on the luxury resort not once but twice, confirming its place as the premier accommodation option for the region.
Entry to the Hall of Fame is only awarded to operators who have won a category consecutively for three years. Peppers has achieved this twice – first in 2010 as a result of their triple win for Best Conference Facilities; and again at this month’s 2011 tourism awards after they were presented with the Best Prestige Accommodation accolade for the third time.
“I am extremely proud of the team we have here at Peppers and to be inducted into the Hall of Fame for a second time is a huge honour,” said Peppers General Manager, Andrew Knox.
