Get fit With PEHN and Support Cancer Research
PEHN is urging the accommodation industry to join its members for a 45-minute pilates session to help raise money for a very special cause – Breast Cancer Australia.
The session will be targeted at beginners so if you have never tried pilates before, now is a good chance to have a go. All levels of fitness and experience welcome.
When: Friday 21 Oct 2011 at 4.30 pm
Where: Interior Images – 8 Phillip Court, Port Melbourne
Cost: $20 – This goes directly to Breast Cancer Australia

The session will be conducted by Jane Casson, managing director of Pilates for Mums. Formerly a dancer with The Australian Ballet and The Royal New Zealand Ballet Jane Casson’s career has seen her perform extensively around the world in the UK, China, Japan and France.
In 2004 and 2007, Jane was nominated for the Telstra Dancer of the Year Award and in 2007 she was awarded the prestigious Green Room Award for Best Female Dancer for her performances with The Australian Ballet.
In 2010, Jane hung up her Pointe shoes to concentrate on being a mother to her son Alexander and her other passion, Pilates for Mums which offers specially tailored classes to mothers of all ages in a fun and friendly environment.
