Caves Hotel Renamed in Bid to Sell
The Caves House Hotel in Yallingup has a new name and new management.
Receiver managers, KordaMentha, this week took over operational control and staff of the hotel. A name change to Yallingup Caves Hotel is part of the operational change, Cliff Rocke from KordaMentha said.
Seashells, related to the hotel’s owners Yallingup Ridge P/L which went into receivership two years ago, had run the hotel for five years. KordaMentha were appointed receiver managers of Yallingup Ridge in April. Their plan is to prepare the hotel for sale.
