Echuca Landmark on the Market
The Cock ‘n’ Bull in Echuca on the banks of the Campaspe River – an Echuca landmark since the Victorian era – is for private sale from $2.4-$2.6 million.
Selling agent is Jason Webster of Buxton Albert Park.
He said the renovated hotel included five self-contained suites, a potential restaurant and an impressively finished bar with a liquor licence. He said the hotel could operate as a reception/function centre. There was also a courtyard and swimming pool on the banks of the river.
