Sheraton Name Comes Back to Perth
Starwood will take over the management of the 277-room Citigate Perth rebranding the CBD hotel as Four Points by Sheraton.
Starwood makes a comeback to Perth after the Sheraton Hotel became a Pan Pacific Hotel in 2010.
Starwood said the Four Points by Sheraton was undergoing “a comprehensive capital improvement program” to upgrade facilities before the June 1 reopening date.
Starwood’s Sean Hunt said, “We are excited to be working with Host [Host Hotels] and GIC [Singapore’s GIC Real Estate] to expand the Four Points by Sheraton brand and strengthen our overall footprint in Australia,” he said.
