Food trail takes new manager to Peppers Craigieburn
He’s opened restaurants from London to Sydney but Peppers Craigieburn is now the new focus for Sam Bidwell in his role as food and beverage manager at the charming Southern Highlands retreat.
Sam’s last post was general manager for Pilu restaurant in Sydney’s Freshwater.
Peppers Craigieburn has recently created a specially crafted Gourmet Food Trail Package which is available until 30 September.
