Fortitude Valley’s is to get a 17-storey development after it was given the green light by Brisbane City Council this week.
The 152-room hotel by Brisbane based developer RAFCO P/L is planned for completion before next year’s G20 world leaders summit.
The new development will offer one of the few luxury hotel options in Fortitude Valley.
