Nori started her working life as a lab rat – working at the Research School for Biological Sciences at the Australian University in Canberra. After a severe bout of arthritis she changed careers and helped her husband run 2 large retail stores for 10 years. Her main focus during that time was accounting and staff training. After Nori and her husband both found that the stress of running retails stores was getting too much, they decided to opt out of city life and go for a tree change. Running a B&B sounded like the perfect way to finish off their business life and ease into retirement.
