Adelaide block worth $12m
South Australian developers Jo Chapley, Kevin Chapley and Zachary Kalamboyas have lodged plans for a $12 million, five-storey apartment block in the Adelaide suburb of Norwood with the state’s Development Assessment Commission.
The development, at present called 254-256 The Parade, would be 18.5m high, the maximum allowed on the site.
Architect Ben Hewitson of Pruszinski Architects, said 254-256 The Parade would include 36 “high-end” apartments across multiple buildings connected by covered, elevated walkways.
He expected work to start some time this year.
The commission is due to make a decision on the Norwood development later this month or in February.
