“Our Board has decades of experience and comprises owners and operators of businesses representing all aspects of the caravan and camping and land lease living sectors, including RV manufacturers and dealers, residential land lease communities, holiday park operators and manufactured home builders,” Ms Gray said.

“They help guide the Association in a positive direction, with a focus on driving growth and delivering valued services to over 700 member businesses.

Mr Baker said he was pleased to continue working with CCIA NSW in his capacity as CEO of Reflections and looked forward to contributing in a meaningful way as a member of the Board.

Respected as a transformational leader, Mr Baker joined Reflections Holiday Parks as CEO in July 2021 following similar roles in the tourism and visitor experience sector with Go See Australia, Outdoria, TripTech and RedBalloon.

Since that time he has reshaped the organisation from a builder and operator of holiday parks to a leading nature-based escapes organisation, his focus fixed on driving regional tourism growth and curating unique guest experiences that immerse people in nature and communities.

He is also the Chair of Ultimate Wineries Australia and also a Director of Australian Regional Tourism.

Reflections is the largest holiday park operator in NSW welcoming 2 million visitors a year, and pioneering a profit for purpose tourism business model where all profits are reinvested in the Crown Lands parks and reserves that it cares for on behalf of the people of NSW.

Reflections’ goal is to deliver over $1.3 billion in economic benefit (cumulative) to NSW between now and FY2030.
