Pro-Invest appoints new GMs at Sydney properties
Appointments reflect Holiday Express brand’s growing regional presence
Following continued growth for its Holiday Inn Express brand, Pro-invest Hotels has announced two new senior appointments which see Tejas Amin taking the role of Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn Express Sydney Macquarie Park and Daniel Pearce as Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn Express Sydney Airport.
Mr Amin’s experience spans almost a decade working for some of India’s most luxurious hotels including Taj Hotels, Leela Palaces and Movenpick.

Relocating to Australia in 2017, and starting out as an F&B attendant at Holiday Inn Express Adelaide, he has spent the last five years working his way up the ranks before his promotion to the GM role at Holiday Inn Express Sydney Macquarie Park.
Mr Pearce, who holds a Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management from the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, Daniel brings more than 17 years hospitality experience to the role following positions at a number of Sydney properties including Little National Hotel – Sydney, Meriton Suites – Sydney, Adina Apartment Hotels, Travelodge, Medina and Vibe Hotel North Sydney.
Pro-invest Hotels Head of Operations, Shantha de Silva, both appointments reflect the growing presence of the Holiday Inn Express brand, which now boasts ten properties across Australia and New Zealand.
